Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dry Island Capital and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Atlantic County, New Jersey.
